Yes absolutely, but only for clients that I have already worked with to design their brand, we can then ensure that we keep the brand consistent. Design items could include flyers, brochures, social media posts/campaigns, magazines, signage, catalogues, posters etc. Unfortunately I don’t offer packaging design.
-
No, I don’t provide these services, but I have a big list of amazing businesses that I collaborate with who do, and I will happily provide you with their details.
-
Every branding/website package includes x1 face-to-face meeting, this is held via Zoom, or in-person by request. Once your project has commenced communication is done via email, this helps keep track of specific design requirements and any changes needed. If you would like to chat on the phone or via Zoom I am happy to do so, however I ask that you please email me to make an appointment for a suitable time to chat.

If you are late in supplying content for the development of your website by more than 14 days from the agreed upon project start date there will be a penalty fee of $500 (+gst). This fee is not deducted from the total project cost and is a stand-alone penalty that will be invoiced separately for every time a project is put on hold due to missing content.
Work will only resume on the project once the penalty fee is paid in full and you have supplied all content required for the project.
Projects will be delayed due to late submissions of content and I can’t guarantee that your project will meet previously set deadlines. Work on your project will take place around other scheduled client projects and deadlines.

Joanne Tapodi Creative creates websites using the Squarespace platform. All payment relevant to Squarespace services are direct between the client and Squarespace. I take no service fee from this payment, and don’t manage payments for the Squarespace service. Once the project is completed full administrator rights and ownership of the site is transferred over to the client.
-
I don’t offer website retainers as the website packages are designed to give the client complete control of their site after handover, Squarespace as a platform does not require constant manual updating. I am however very happy to help if you need any work done to your site or assistance with an issue. For ad hoc services I charge an hourly fee of $100 (plus GST) timed within 15 min increments, with a minimum service allocation of 1 hour.

Proposals outlined for projects will generally consist of an allocated set of amendments included within the project scope. Every branding/website package includes up-to 2 rounds of amendments.
In relation to logo designs and general artwork...
This is a minor change that is applied to the logo/artwork design presented in the first draft, this could include further colour variations within the approved colour palette, a tweak to the positioning of elements within the design, merging elements from the other provided concepts.
This does not include the design of additional logo/artwork concept options or changing an existing concept to the point that it becomes a new concept.
In relation to Squarespace website designs...
This can include minor positional changes of content, limited changes to copy, updating or changing images, changes to colours used, changes to fonts selected.
This does not include any advanced CSS coding required, or integrating code from third party provider software.
This does not include the addition of any extra pages.
I am more than happy to make additional changes to any package which falls outside of the project scope and is not defined as an ‘amendment’, however these are classified as additional work to the project scope and will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 (plus GST) timed within 15 min increments.
-
At project completion, once full payment is received, the final approved concept is delivered to you and complete ownership rights to the finalised concept transfer over to you, the client.
In relation to website designs with Squarespace, once the project is completed and paid for in-full, administrator rights and ownership of the site is transferred over to the client.
This granting of copyright does not extend to the use of design proposals and concepts submitted, but not approved, for the work outlined and as such these remain the property of Joanne Tapodi Creative.
Copyright cannot be transferred in relation to certain elements used to create your artwork including fonts, patterns, stock images, textures, colour palettes and other non-exclusive items.
As part of my terms and conditions I maintain the right to showcase the artwork I design for clients for my own promotional purposes on my website portfolio, social media or in print.

Working files used in the creation of a project (such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and so on) are not typically released to clients after project completion, with the exception of approved logo files which are supplied in vector format as Adobe Illustrator .eps files. I am happy to provide raw files to clients after project completion however these may incur an additional transfer fee, unless it is requested and included as part of the original project scope.
